NOTE: The first TFA meeting will be held Thursday night of convention to avoid conflicting with the St. Marks tournament.

August 31, 2011

• The schedule has been updated to include all schedule changes submitted and approved prior to the August 15th deadline. Additional changes will require a vote at convention.
• If you would like to submit an amendment, it needs to be received prior to September 9, 2011 so it can be posted on the website 30 days prior to convention to require a 2/3 majority. Please send all amendments to Scott Baker at joseph.baker@cfisd.net.
• If you are interested in nominating someone to serve as Treasurer or Vice President, please send that nomination to the chair of the nominating committee, Kim Falco, at krfalco@episd.org
• If you host an IQT prior to convention, you must pay all of your membership fees prior to your tournament or you will not be a TFA-sanctioned tournament. TFA may not recognize state-qualifying points for schools who do not meet these requirements.
• Please review website to ensure schools have become members prior to the tournament they host.
• As the tournament season begins, please be sure to verify IQT information on the website to ensure the correct students receive points.
