Dear TFA Coaches:

I have been appointed the Chair of the Congress Committee for the 2008-09 school year and it is time to submit your legislation for next years TFA Docket. Please follow the proper format found in the NFL manual and submit in word document to forbesd@cisdmail.com by MAY 14th. Each school may submit five pieces of legislation for consideration. Please be advised of the following:

• You do not have to submit legislation in order to participate in TFA Congress tournaments next season.
• If a school's legislation is NOT formatted properly, the committee reserves the right to disregard the submission.
• If you are unclear as to the proper format, go to nflonline.org and look under Student Congress.
• The committee reserves the right to supplement the TFA docket with legislation from this year's NFL National Tournament
• The TFA docket for next season should be on the website by July 1st.
