Step 8: Click on the "Submit Results to IQT Coordinator" button.

Until you click this button, you may log in and out of the website and make changes to your submission. The IQT coordinator will not receive your report until you press this button.

SOLUTION: If you haven't filled in the results for several events or if you haven't updated your contact information, the website knows that your report is still incomplete. The button will not appear until you filled in a minimal amount of the necessary information.

PROBLEM: I've already submitted my results, but I noticed a mistake. How do I fix it?

SOLUTION: Once your results have been submitted, you can no longer make changes to your report unless it is rejected by the IQT coordinator and you are asked to make corrections. If you know of mistakes, send an email to the IQT coordinator. You may be asked to make the change or the IQT coordinator may make it for you.

PROBLEM: I don't know if I've submitted my report or not.

SOLUTION: Check the status field at the top of the page. If it reads "In Progress - Unsubmitted", then your report has not yet been submitted to the IQT coordinator. If it says anything else, then you've done your part. If additional information is needed or there are problems with your report, the IQT coordinator will contact you.
