TFA is an interest group of Texas Speech Communication Association. The application for membership may be filled out online. As the last step of registration, you may either pay for your membership online (using PayPal), or you may print out a copy of the completed membership application and send it along with appropriate payment to Lou Ann Seabourn, TSCA Executive Secretary.

Deadline for membership in TFA is October 31 each year.

If you are attending convention, sustaining membership dues are $220.00
If you are not attending convention, regular membership fees are $160.00.
Institutional dues are $255.00 (with convention) or $180.00 (without convention).

Schools hosting an IQT or who plan on attending TFA State must either hold an institutional membership or have at least one educator who is an individual TSCA/TFA member. An institutional membership allows for a single vote. Additional educators at a given school who wish to join TSCA/TFA may attend convention, vote on TFA business, and receive various benefits conferred by TSCA and its affiliates.

The 2013 TSCA Convention will be held at the Omni Bayfront Tower in Corpus Christi, TX. The dates are October 10-13, 2013. Please note that the convention begins on THURSDAY this year.
